We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. Bilingual candidates, particularly those who can speak Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Handle customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively inform customers.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base. Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and organisational skills to maintain store standards. Ability to sell effectively and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
