Role Details for Each Category

1. Perfume Sales Assistant

Overview

Deliver a luxury customer experience by assisting customers with fragrance selections. Ideal for candidates who are confident, attentive, and passionate about perfumes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide tailored fragrance recommendations
- Maintain counters, testers, and visual displays
- Replenish stock and support store operations
- Process till transactions accurately
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
- Follow security and loss-prevention procedures
- Attend all scheduled shifts on time
- Stay updated on fragrance families, notes, and new arrivals

2. Footwear Sales Assistant

Overview

Assist customers with shoe selection by identifying the right style, size, and fit. Ideal for individuals who are proactive and committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers on fit, style, and product features
- Maintain visual merchandising and display standards
- Ensure stock availability and manage replenishment
- Support stockroom organisation and deliveries
- Process till transactions accurately
- Follow loss-prevention and security protocols
- Attend all planned shifts consistently
- Maintain knowledge of collections, materials, and sizing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
