Checking in deliveries and informing customers that their order has arrived. The main thing is giving customers the best honest service.
Common sense is the main idea in this environment, being able to use your initiative, we are not a hard sell place, so good Customer Service skills are required
Required is the following
Good, pleasant clear phone manner
Computer skills above the basic level
Punctuality and reliability is a must
legible Handwriting
A creative mind would be an advantage
Heavy lifting
is involved so you must be fit
There are 4 well-behaved Cocker Spaniels in the shop so you need to be okay around dogs
Holidays are the normal (we don't open Bank Holidays)
A knowledge of basic Admin is also a must
