As our Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing expert advice on prams, car seats, and cots, ensuring our customers make informed choices. Your responsibilities will include general store administration, managing our booking system, and upholding cleanliness standards.

We're seeking friendly, approachable individuals with excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to work weekends and one additional weekday. A positive attitude and a knack for absorbing new information quickly are essential. Plus, you'll need to be prepared for the occasional tea round!

Weekend shifts are mandatory.

Hours will be:

Friday - 9:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday - 11:00am - 4:00pm

Job will entail:

Lifting boxes (some may be heavier than others) Manual Handling Demonstrating prams, travel systems, and car seats Taking new orders and imputing details into our system Telephone enquires In-person & telephone payments Car Seat fittings Organising boxes from deliveries Placing orders into customer's cars
Please note, there may be scope for weekday holiday cover if needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
