Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers: Warmly welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
- Restocking: Maintain an organized and visually appealing display by restocking jewellery and ensuring all items are properly showcased.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our silver jewellery collections, including materials, designs, and care instructions, to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Handling Transactions: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Professional Behavior: Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
