The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll help deliver a smooth, professional in-store experience from

assisting customers to maintaining the presentation of the store. Attention to detail,

communication, and reliability are key.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver professional and attentive customer service Advise customers on sneaker and streetwear products Handle cash and card transactions accurately Maintain clean, organised displays and stockrooms Support the wider team in keeping store operations efficient

Skills & Experience:

Strong interest and understanding of trainers and fashion culture Confident and clear communicator Able to work 4-5 days per week, including weekends

Personal Qualities:

Reliable, consistent, and punctual Calm under pressure, with a positive and professional attitude Takes pride in presentation and service standards Enjoys working within a team environment Cares about doing things properly -- not just getting them done
