We're looking for someone enthusiastic about DIY and retail customer service to join our Peterlee team.
Key responsibilities:
Dealing with customer queries face to face and over the phone in a helpful & courteous manner
Taking cash/card payments via our EPOS system - full training will be given on how to use our system
Maintaining a department to a high standard
Dealing with suppliers and placing stock orders
General house keeping of store

Ability to work in fast paced environment
Previous experience working in customer service
Job information:
20-30 hours per week including weekends

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Reporting to the Store Manager & support staff your core communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with customers. Skills in merchandising and multilingual abilities will enhance the shopping experience, while relevant skills such as time management and organizational skills will ensure efficient store operations.
