At Conroy Couch we specialise in second-hand and vintage jewellery, meaning every piece we sell is one-of-a-kind and it will be a part of your job to help customers connect with that story. Main Responsibilities

Every day at Conroy Couch presents itself with new challenges and queries from our wide-ranging customer base. As a sales assistant you'll be passionately selling a wide range of jewellery from exquisite antique diamond rings to unique gent's cufflinks and everything in between. Our fantastic reputation in repairs means you'll be analysing customers' jewellery and advising on the most suitable options available to bring their items back to life. Furthermore, a significant part of our business centres around gold buying in store so you'll develop an eye for valuations.

The Ideal Candidate

To excel in this fascinating role, you will have previous jewellery experience, be curious and proactive and enjoy a challenge. You'll have a passion for selling and a keen eye for design, presentation and storytelling. Being a team player is essential with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

You'll need the confidence to grow into your responsibilities and take accountability for the work you perform, safe in the knowledge that you'll be supported throughout your jewellery journey.

Our recent move to specialise almost exclusively in second-hand and vintage jewellery has put us in a unique retail position and opened up opportunities to expand our customer base.
