The perfect candidate will have previous experience working within Front of House, hospitality or a luxury retail environment.
What we need from you:
We need to see how much you care and desire to make a difference within a covering letter please - we are looking for the perfect personality!
You need to be a motivated team player with a 'can do' attitude, you'll be enthusiastic, have a strong awareness of luxury retail and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
You will have a friendly personality with a real interest in Tartans, Scottish Highland Dress and clothing and the ability and desire to learn about the industry.
Previous experience within the Highland Dress industry is not essential, however some form of customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. IT skills (word, excel and outlook) are advantageous.
This exciting opportunity will involve:
Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
Processing sales/hires and handling cash/card transactions.
Visual Merchandising and keeping displays neat and tidy
Stocktaking
Maintaining excellent shop-keeping standards with attention to detail.

Our Opening hours are Monday - Saturday 0900 - 1730, Sunday 1000 - 1600. Full time workers will work 5 days over 7. Part Time workers days by arrangement with minimum 3 days including Sat and Sun.
