Key Responsibilities:
Offer product advice and help customers choose the right vaping products
Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Restocking & Rotation
Cover VapeHQ Cluster C = Retford, Grantham, Sleaford and Newark

Your Role at Vape HQ:
Full-Time Flexibility:
Our stores operate Mon-Sat 9am -6pm and Sun 10am-4pm, and your adaptable schedule will include covering shifts across our Retford, Grantham, Sleaford and Newark sites.
Team Player and Lone Worker:
You will primarily be working independently in our stores. However, full training will be provided alongside an experienced team members, and you may be scheduled with another colleague for certain shifts where needed.
About You:
Strong communication and people skills
A friendly, reliable, and professional approach
Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
No prior vaping knowledge or experience is required -- full training is provided over 2 weeks or longer if needed
Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the stores
A clean driving licence and your own vehicle
You thrive independently but work well as part of a team - balancing solo initiative with a collaborative mindset.
