The Role

We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable

In-Store Product Specialist

to join our Dewsbury showroom, recently recognized as a top independent nursery store in the UK. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping parents, enjoys hands-on retail, and is excited to become a product expert.

You'll work part-time including weekends, supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of showroom operations, while delivering

exceptional customer experiences

.

What You'll Do

Be the friendly face

for parents: offer expert advice, guide purchases, and make baby shopping simple and enjoyable.

Become a specialist

in up to six departments, and share your knowledge.

Host events

for expectant and new parents, and provide personal shopping experiences.

Use our technology

: from social media engagement to in-store video sales, creating seamless experiences for customers at home.

Support store operations

: merchandising, restocking, inventory, maintaining a clean and presentable retail floor.

Handle sales accurately

: daily transactions, deposits, and resolve escalated customer issues.

Who We're Looking For

Previous

retail or shop floor experience

(nursery or baby product experience is a bonus). Passion for

excellent customer service

and helping parents make confident decisions. Ability to

train and support colleagues

with a positive attitude. Strong

communication skills

and a proactive approach to work. A

bubbly, approachable personality
