Retail Sales Manager - Peugeot and Vauxhall

Due to the expansion of our sales team we are looking for a Retail Sales Manager. You will be highly ambitious with integrity supporting the General Sales Manager to drive sales as well as the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and follow company policies and procedures. You will act as a role model to your team, allowing them to fulfil their potential too.

Overview of the Roles

Sales and enquiry management

to drive retail and product sales targets

Customer service

to promote exceptional customer service and build customer retention

Team management

to support and coach the team as well as heading up daily sales meetings and monitoring of sales targets

Business development and marketing

to contribute to the development of and monitoring digital and showroom campaigns to drive leads into the business

Compliance

to ensure regulatory compliance with FCA, GDPR and any other requirements to treat customers fairly and professionally

Standards

to maintain high showroom and company standards
A minimum of two years selling within the motor trade plus knowledge of FCA compliance and regulation is necessary as well as a full UK driving licence.
