Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, personalised service to every customer Educate customers on vape kits, e-liquids, CBD wellness products, and accessories Process transactions efficiently using POS systems Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally Participate in in-store promotions and represent the brand with pride Stay up-to-date with UK vaping regulations (training provided)
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or customer service (vape industry preferred) Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people Must be 18+ with GCSE-level education Basic knowledge of vape products and UK market trends (preferred) Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
