We're on the lookout for a confident, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our Cookstown Clearance Showroom team at Tile.Bath.More in a Retail Sales & Social Media role.

This isn't your typical retail job - we're looking for someone who can sell with style and create content that connects. If you love chatting with people, know your way around Instagram and TikTok, and have a passion for interiors, this could be the perfect fit.
You will be working in a clearance centre for tiles and bathroom products featuring our high-quality stock at great prices. If you enjoy a mix of customer interaction with the thrill of hitting sales targets, hands-on physical work, and some social media support to help bring in those customers then this role is perfect for you.

We're offering a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives.

A bit about the role...

Welcome customers warmly and help them find the perfect bathroom products. Confidently talk prices, bundles, and upsell vanities, baths, flooring, and accessories etc. Create engaging social media content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) to showcase products and showroom highlights. Respond to customer messages on Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and DoneDeal. Keep the showroom looking sharp - tidy, tagged, and stocked. Track inventory and follow up on customer queries. Support with local deliveries or remote quoting (if you drive). Be hands-on and flexible - from lifting boxes to filming unboxings

A bit about you...

Naturally persuasive with a strong sales mindset. Friendly, confident, and great with people from all walks of life. Organised and detail-oriented - you like things neat and on track. Comfortable on camera and familiar with TikTok/Instagram trends. Based in or near Cookstown, with a good sense of local humour and tone. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

It would be advantageous for you to have...

Experience in bathroomware, tiles, interiors, or plumbing supplies. Skills in Canva, CapCut, or TikTok editing tools. A full driving licence and access to your own transport
