We are seeking a creative and driven Sales & Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice across various platforms, ensuring that our content resonates with our target demographic.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
Create engaging content tailored for different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
Proactively reach out to cold and warm leads via phone, email and social media platforms.
Build and Maintain relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets.
Experience
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred but not essential).
Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling cold calls as well as nurturing warm leads.
Self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently.
Experience in a social media role or similar position is essential.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creating compelling content.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing campaigns.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is advantageous but not mandatory.
