Role Description

This is a contract role for a Retail Sales Specialist at Virtue Vets. The position is on-site and located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for community marketing activities, assisting customers with inquiries and sales transactions, maintaining knowledge about our services and ensuring a high level of customer service. You would work collaboratively with the veterinary team to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in Retail Sales Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to work well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus Previous experience in luxury goods, high-end retail and hospitality, clinics or spas

Benefits
