Alive & Dirty Ltd is a Liverpool based retail business. We offer a focused collection of

Menswear and Athletic fashion brands for adults and children. Our flagship "dirty" store in

Liverpool One also contains our children's wear concept "Dirty Kidz". Dirty Kidz is one of

the UK's leading children's wear concepts.

An opportunity has arisen for the role of a Sales Supervisor in our Liverpool One store. The

role will be mainly, but not exclusively, based in our kids department. The role will suit a

focused, hardworking and energetic individual, entirely capable of working without

supervision. The Sales Supervisor are role models who show passion for the company.

All senior staff set the tone for the team and are dedicated to providing a happy and welcoming environment for our staff and customers. They excel in a demanding role and are committed to bringing a unique shopping and product experience to our customers.

As an Alive & Dirty Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Managing and controlling the overall operation of the store, either in conjunction with the

Manager, or in his absence.

- Ensuring that the store operates efficiently and optimum standards are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate will be:

- In possession of strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to both inspire and motivate their team.

- Encouraged to use their own initiative, creativity and flair in their merchandising as well as being accountable for the profitability of the branch.

- Passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service.

You will be expected to:

- Motivate your sales team to ensure maximum sales.

- Ensure customer service standards are met

- Delegate effectively

- Maintain a clean and organized store.

- Carry out training and development in order to deliver the store sales targets

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
