About the role

We're looking for a process-driven, focused and motivated Retail Support Specialist with excellent communication and project management skills to join Shot Scope's growing commercial team in an exciting period of international growth.

You will be eager to develop within a fast-paced and forward-thinking company that is truly committed to helping the golfer improve.

Responsibilities:

Processing retail orders Helping to create efficiency in our order processing system Working with the sales team to provide support Managing the Shot Scope B2B platform Helping our Logistics team as required

Requirements:

Be willing to learn new skills and systems Effective time management and multitasking skills High levels of attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Experience in the golf industry or a keen interest in golf would be a bonus
