Retail Sales Trainer

Field Sales Trainer

covering

Northampton , Swindon, Reading, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire

& surrounding areas.

What's in it for you?

28,000 base salary + up to 10,000 bonus (OTE 38,000)

Company car

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:

Train & inspire:

Turn retail staff into passionate Honor Brand Ambassadors through engaging, hands-on training sessions.

Build relationships:

Develop strong partnerships with retail stores, making sure Honor is always front and centre.

Maximise brand impact:

Drive awareness through top-notch merchandising, compliance checks and creative product initiatives.

What we're looking for:

A

full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months

A genuine

passion for tech & latest trends

Charisma & confidence

to present and train

Strong communication & influencing skills

A

target-driven mindset

with a proven record of smashing goals
