Retail Sales Trainer

Opportunity to join our Honor Retail Sales Trainer team

Full Time, Permanent

Salary

: 28,000 to 38,000 per annum on target earnings + Company car

Working

: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Territory

: Northampton , Swindon, Reading, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire.

What You'll Do:

Train & Inspire

- Turn retail staff into Honor Brand Ambassadors through engaging training

Build Relationships

- Form productive ties with retail outlets, ensuring top-notch Honor product visibility & availability

Maximize Awareness

- Boost brand presence through compliance, merchandising, and product initiatives

Requirements:

Drive

- A full manual UK driving license for at least 12 months

Tech Passion

- Stay current with the latest tech trends

Charisma

- Confident presentation skills and a passion for training

Communication

- Strong influencer with excellent communication skills

Results

- Proven track record of surpassing targets
