Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV and other security systems. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies. Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations to prevent escalation. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or activities. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment (CCTV). Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
