Job Description

Situated in the heart of Manchester City Centre, the role involves safeguarding one of our client's prestigious, high-value retail stores located in an affluent and vibrant area.

Applicants must have previous experience in high-end retail environments.

Your responsibilities:

To provide a visible deterrent. To lawfully deter shoplifters and troublemakers. To aid in loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and customers. To observe and report incidents and accidents. To assist, if required by the client, with staff and contractor searches. To work closely and build strong working relationships with our workforce and clients to ensure their journey with TriGuard is a positive and engaging one.

What you'll need:

A valid SIA licence. Previous experience in a high-value or luxury retail environment. Exceptional communication skills and an understanding approach. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Excellent timekeeping and punctuality.
The following checks will also be required:

A five-year work history check.

You will be required to account for any gaps in your employment history on your application. This is required before the interview. All your previous employers may be contacted.

Experience:

At least 2 years previous experience in a similar environment is required.

This is a part-time position requiring the applicant to work both Saturday and Sunday each week.
