4 days a week across Monday-Sunday on a Rota basis.

Please Note: weekend working every other weekend and working on public holidays is a requirement of the role.

Salary

- 27, 000 to 29,000 gross per annum full time - (Pro Rata for part time 21,600 to 23,197 pa)

Retail Shop Manager

to lead our Perfumery in Wells Next The Sea. Developing our established shops and retail team as our business continues to grow and evolve.

It's a chance to lead our beautifully crafted retail space, inspire a dedicated team, and introduce customers to our products, from fine perfumes, candles, home ranges and our new customer services including, bespoke scent experiences, scent layering, scenting your wedding and hand and arm massage.

What We're Looking For:

A

creative and commercially

minded retail leader with experience managing or supporting a high-end boutique shop Ability to develop and
