to lead our store operations, manage inventory, and drive sales growth.About the Role
Do you have experience running a
fashion store
and keeping everything running smoothly? Are you great with customers and skilled at managing stock? If yes, this could be the perfect role for you.If you speak
Urdu, Hindi, or Punjabi
, it's a huge advantage, as many of our customers appreciate culturally familiar service and advice.Key Responsibilities
Oversee
stock control and inventory management
for clothing, shoes, and handbags Keep store displaysfull, clean, and visually appealing
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team
to achieve daily and monthly targets Track stock levels, place timely re-orders, and prevent shortages Providefriendly, professional customer service
at all times Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally Promotenew arrivals, seasonal sales, and special offers
to increase revenueRequirements
Minimum
1 year experience in retail management
(fashion/clothing/shoes preferred) Strong leadership, organization, andcommunication skills
Knowledge of POS/till systems and basic stock software Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressureFluency in Urdu, Hindi, or Punjabi
preferred Must have thelegal right to work in the UK
