Our company started out in the bedroom of our founders in Loanhead, Edinburgh who still run the business. In 2022 we opened our second facility in Warrington, but we have run out of space to store our products and have decided to open one in Milton Keynes. This will allow us to work more closely with the PGA Professionals on course south of the Midlands and in the Home Counties as we support their businesses.

Summary

As our Store Manager at Golfclubs4cash, you will play a pivotal role in supporting store operations and enhancing customer experiences. This position is essential for driving sales and maintaining our positive culture while ensuring the team meets its goals.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and merchandising of products. Conduct training sessions for new staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and productivity. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve results. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and development.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
