We are now seeking a

Retail Supervisor (40 hours)

to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team--someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Offer guidance, motivation and share responsibility for the floor's day-to-day operations. Attend to customer enquiries, appointments and feedback Relay KPI's with the team and ensure this is driven through sales Help on the shop floor where needed Create long last memories with customers through story telling and product knowledge

Similar experience in a previous role Strong relationship building with management, clientele and third party individuals Strong communication skills A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Outstanding organisational skills.
