We design and create elegant, story-led homeware and gifts, from bone china and textiles to home fragrance and lighting. Each of our stores offers customers a calm, welcoming space to discover beautifully crafted products that bring a touch of Cornwall into every home.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our retail team in our wonderful Falmouth store. If you love interiors, customer service, and helping others create beautiful spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

We have various positions available, including a supervisory role, and are happy to be flexible for the right candidates!

What You'll Do

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the luxury and ethos of the Cream Cornwall brand Share in-depth product knowledge and styling advice to assist customers in-store and online Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop floor is beautifully presented at all times Process sales using our POS system and handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally Support the wider team with stock handling, replenishment, and store events or promotions

Who You Are

Passionate about interiors, design, and creating exceptional customer experiences Warm, confident, and professional communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or lifestyle brands preferred) A strong team player with a genuine love for British-made products and craftsmanship
