About You:




We're looking for a Retail Supervisor with a passion for driving customer engagement. An understanding of the collecting world is an advantage:


Affinity for Collectibles & Brand:

A genuine passion or interest for trading cards, collectibles, and sports memorabilia.

Leadership Experience:

Proven experience in a managerial role ideally within retail but we are open to sectors. Most importantly you will be an inspirational leader.

Commercially Minded:

Experience working with KPIs and sales targets. Comfortable analysing daily figures and driving performance within the team whilst leading by example.

Customer Obsessed:

You absolutely relish providing an amazing guest experience and always make sure the customer leaves engaged and educated. You are a role model and your dedication is infectious.

Team Player Attitude:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing positively to the overall store environment and helping to achieve shared goals.





The Role:




As the Retail Supervisor of the Fanatics' Pop-Up Store, you'll lead a dynamic team and create an immersive experience tailored to card collectors and sports fans. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a destination that will play an integral role in the brands expansion.


People Management:

Motivate and inspire a team passionate about sports and collectibles, ensuring they deliver expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service to both seasoned collectors and new enthusiasts.

Customer Experience Champion:

Previous experience in retail or customer services, with a proven ability to generate excitement around the brand / products capitalizing people's curiosity and converting into brand awareness, customer loyalty and sales.

Coaching:

provide on the spot training, identifying gaps in your team's knowledge through regular contact and assessment. Provide feedback in real time and always lead by example.

Drive Sales:

Convert customer curiosity into sales through authentic and informative interactions. Exceed daily targets through effective, management, training and service.
