Overview:
Immediate Start - 6 week temporary role which is subject to being extended beyond 6 weeks.
We are seeking a hard working, talented and experienced stock and warehouse assistant who has a passion for fashion and visual merchandising to work at our Working Warehouse Concept store where stock is processed as customers come in to find out more about the concept, the charity super.mkt mission and to shop the selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stock, have excellent customer service skills, and want to drive sales as well as stock planning for each week, processing deliveries and feeding back on the stock requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels and replen stock as needed
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Conduct and manage regular stock rotation
Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Charity retail experience is ideal but not essential
- Previous experience in fashion retail
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Flexible in working hours and able to work around the needs of the business and available weekends
