Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader with experience in the retail management industry to join our management team at Roys of Magdalen Street in Norwich, Norfolk.
You will assist the management team to improve the commercial performance of the store and to coach and support your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and excellent store standards to maximise sales and profitability.
As part of your role, you will also be responsible to cover shifts as the store Duty Manager.
You need the desire to achieve targets through effective performance management of your team and have the enthusiasm to drive your own development.
To be successful you should have worked in a similar retail environment either as a Team Leader or Manager and possess and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
The role is a permanent position, permanent position, 37.5 per week, working flexibly, 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
Fewer contract days or hours will be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 25,935.00 per year
