Fixed term contract from May 2025 until September 2025
To be enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working, always willing to help and well organised to make a positive difference to our guests and your colleagues.
Main responsibilities
welcome and check-in all guests and monitor access into the Park
operate our Shop selling 'essentials' for a great day at the Park
make bookings for our Activities including the new 'Pirates Bay' Mini Golf
operate our Aquaventure reception to check-in participants, make bookings and arrange hiring of wetsuits and aqua-socks, as well as supporting the catering outlet
work closely as a team to deliver a friendly, customer-focussed and memorable experience for every guest
help guests with any queries so they can make the most of the Park
support across the Park where necessary including dealing with customer enquiries
General responsibilities
friendly and customer-focussed to deliver a great experience
organised, confident and prepared for speed of service (sometimes under pressure)
professional and proactively assist guests and colleagues
Additional duties:
? Undertake any other reasonable management request
? Attend staff meetings when required
? Work flexibly where possible to support the business when required
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
