Sales Assistant Queens Hall Minehead

We are seeking retail assistants for a seafront based retail store with food to go. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and experience handling hot and cold food and drink. Working as part of a team you will need to be a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with an ability to get on well with other members of staff and public alike.

Job roles include:
Stacking shelves
Date rotation
Organising stock rooms
Serving customers
Serving hot food
Handling deliveries

An ideal candidate will be enthusiastic in their job role, whether this is working on their own or as part of a team. Candidates also need to be flexible with the shifts they work. Shifts are 10am to 2pm, 12pm to 8pm. Shifts will be longer during the Summer months. A good understanding of Maths and English is also required. Up to date Food Hygiene Certificate required, however this can be provided for the right candidate.

Hours: 20 hours

Competitive rates of pay dependent on applicants age.

Pay: 10.80-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
