Key Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up with customers after their appointments to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
Use our quoting system to review offers and apply discounts where appropriate.
Identify opportunities to upsell or adjust quotes to secure the sale.
Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and customer-focused.
What We're Looking For:
Proven telesales or retention experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient under pressure.
Able to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections effectively.
