Future is a global platform for specialist media with scalable, diversified brands of over 70 print and digital products. Reporting into the Head of Retention, this role is a great opportunity to join our Customer Operations team, to deliver an excellent customer retention strategy on our high profile UK News & Wealth brands.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Retention Marketing, you'll drive yield and revenue, and improving lifetime value across our digital and print subscriber base. Delivering retention and engagement marketing initiatives to reduce churn and win back customers. You'll be experienced in retention analytics and present results and recommendations to key stakeholders at all levels.


You'll plan and implement retention marketing roadmaps ensuring continual improvement through a test and learn approach, and applying best practice.


Above all, you will be customer-centric and will always deliver a first class customer experience, whilst also reviewing how we can reduce costs and maximise our retention budget to support LTV across the business.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

At least 4 years experience in retention or CRM marketing (ideally from a subscriptions background) Experience with managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email Knowledge of CRM/CDP Platforms and automated digital journeys Experience using Google Workspace apps and collaboration tools Industry trends knowledge Copywriting skills

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
