Retrofit Assessor

The Role

As a Retrofit Assessor, you will play a key role in assessing residential properties and providing accurate, high-quality reports to support retrofit coordination and improvement plans. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate reports and that all assessments meet ECO4 and TrustMark requirements and criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments of domestic properties, including energy assessments Collect and record technical information on building fabric, services, occupancy, and usage Produce detailed Retrofit Assessment Reports Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators to provide supporting evidence and data Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes Promote energy efficiency measures and communicate recommendations clearly to clients

Requirements:

Relevant Qualifications

Retrofit Assessor Experience

Sound understanding of building pathology, energy efficiency, and sustainability Strong IT and reporting skills Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (site visits required) Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

Knowledge of ventilation and moisture risks Experience with ECO4, SHDF or similar schemes Background in construction, surveying or housing

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
