About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments of residential and commercial properties, identifying areas for energy efficiency improvements, and providing recommendations for retrofit measures under the ECO4 and GBIS schemes.

THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE TO WORK AWAY AT TIMES!

FULLY REMOTE WORKING - have to go to the office for paperwork reasons 1 every couple of weeks.

15 Food allowance per night when working away.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the energy performance of properties. Identify and recommend suitable retrofit measures in line with ECO4 and GBIS schemes. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each assessment. Work closely with customers to explain recommendations and answer any questions they may have. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure recommended measures are implemented effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retrofit Assessor or in a similar role. Knowledge of ECO4 and GBIS schemes and related regulations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments simultaneously. Relevant certifications or qualifications in energy assessment or retrofit work are preferred.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
