- ideally Elmhurst Accredited, to join a team of assessors and technicians delivering retrofit services within a social housing portfolio in NW London. This is a
full-time, permanent
position.
Key Responsibilities - Retrofit Assessor
Undertake Retrofit Assessments in social housing properties in-line with the current standard (i.e. PAS2035:2023)
Ensure accuracy of data and high quality of reports using Elmhurst software.
Be prepared to learn additional skills, such as ventilation testing.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
At least 1 years' experience delivering retrofit assessments
Trustmark Accredited & Elmhurst Member
Is fully versed in the PAS2035 standards
Can demonstrate strong communication skills
Able to work well with others
Must be able and willing to stay away from home when required
