About the Company:

Our client is a prominent renewable energy company based in Prestatyn, North Wales, dedicated to improving energy efficiency through the ECO4 scheme and other sustainable initiatives.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join our team. This role will involve assessing properties across Wales, from South to North, to identify energy efficiency improvements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of domestic properties to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed retrofit plans and recommendations in line with the ECO4 scheme. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of retrofit measures. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of implemented measures. Ensure all assessments and recommendations comply with the latest regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Qualified Retrofit Assessor with relevant certifications and experience. Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures and the ECO4 scheme. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage travel across Wales. Proficiency in relevant software and assessment tools.
