Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our team. This role involves assessing the energy efficiency of existing properties, recommending and overseeing retrofit measures to improve energy performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of existing properties to identify energy efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed retrofit plans and recommendations in line with ECO4 standards and local authority grants. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of retrofit measures. Monitor and verify the effectiveness of installed measures. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Retrofit Assessor with relevant qualifications. Strong understanding of energy efficiency measures and the ECO4 scheme. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in relevant software and assessment tools.
