Are you passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency?

We're looking for a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality energy assessments in line with PAS 2035 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments of domestic properties in accordance with PAS 2035. Collect and record property data to produce accurate Retrofit Assessment Reports. Identify and document energy efficiency measures, condition & defects, ventilation. Liaise with homeowners, Installers, Retrofit Coordinators, and other stakeholders. Ensure all work meets compliance and quality standards. Upload reports and data to relevant platforms/software. ECMK preferred?

Requirements: Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Domestic Energy Assessor + Retrofit Assessor Certification as well as the Traditional Buildings Certificate). Up-to-date knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit practices. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage own schedule and meet deadlines.*Full clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for the 1st month. After this we will provide a company car

Knowledge of ventilation, insulation, and building fabric.
