Retrofit Assessor
Job Description
We are looking to recruit a qualified Retrofit Assessor to work on our social housing warm homes contracts. The assessments will be around the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area.
Duties include:
carrying out Retrofit Assessments inline with PAS 2030 & PAS2035 via PAS Hub
carrying out Ventilation Surveys as part of the assessments
producing Post EPCs
Requirements
Fully qualified Retrofit Assessor (preferred but DEA is suitable as training to become Retrofit Assessor will be provided to the right candidate)
Good knowledge of PAS 2030 and 2035
Accredited with Elmhurst/ECMK
Full UK Driver's License
Basic IT skills and the ability to operate a company tablet
Good communication skills working with the site team to get retrofit projects approved
Full time employment only. Company vehicle provided.
