We're looking for a qualified

Retrofit Coordinator

to help deliver high-quality, PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects. You'll be working on a range of domestic energy efficiency measures, including insulation, low-carbon heating systems, and solar PV, with a strong pipeline of ECO4 and funded work already secured.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage end-to-end coordination of retrofit projects under PAS 2035. Review and approve retrofit assessments, medium-term plans, and designs. Collaborate with Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain TrustMark compliance and lodge completed projects to relevant portals. Liaise with homeowners, landlords, and funding providers as required. Monitor risk and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management

(PAS 2035 compliant). Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit projects (ideally under ECO, SHDF, or similar schemes). Solid understanding of fabric-first principles, ventilation, insulation, and low-carbon tech. Strong organisational and communication skills -- confident managing multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Full UK driving licence (travel to sites will be part of the role).
