We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. Knowledge of ECO4/PAS2030 schemes is preferred. General experience in the Construction Industry is vital.
Duties
? Provide administrative support for the ECO scheme, including data entry, document preparation, and record management
? Assist in the submission of ECO documentation to Ofgem, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
? Coordinate with contractors to schedule assessments, installations, and inspections, maintaining clear communication channels
? Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to ECO projects
? Handle payments over the phone, processing transactions securely and maintaining accurate financial records
? Maintain organized records of project documentation, financial transactions, and compliance reports
? Support the office manager in daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Qualifications
- Proficient in computerised systems and data entry
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
