Part Time Working (5 Days per week)
The Office Administrator Role:
File and manage site documentation
Stock data inputting
Telematics - using RAM Tracking software
Wages processing cover - using Eque2 software
Accessing training database information - using our Compliance portal
Access and input information using Microsoft office 365 programmes
Ensuring the office is well maintained - placing orders for staff requirements on site, stationery control
The Successful Office Administrator will have:
Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 (essentially Microsoft Excel)
References from a previous Administration Role
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-3pm (5 days) Flexible
