We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction

retrofit

projects from inception to completion. Experience with

PAS2030/2035

is helpful.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations run smoothly, adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Duties

Oversee daily site operations and manage on-site staff to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction. Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for management review. Understand and interpret RAMS
