Eco Plus Solutions have a long term opportunity with the new Great British Insulation scheme which could see considerable work for the foreseeable future. We are part of a growing industry that is tasked with helping people in the community save money on their energy bills whilst at the same time helping to reserve and protect our planet.

You must be fully qualified and hold the correct certification as a retrofit assessor able to carry out EPC's.

Responsibilities:

Conducting on-site assessments of properties to identify energy efficiency opportunities Collecting data and evaluating the performance of existing building systems Analyzing energy consumption patterns and recommending improvements Collaborating closely with project managers to develop retrofit strategies Producing detailed reports outlining assessment findings, recommendations and cost estimates Staying up-to date with industry standards, regulations and emerging technologies.
Requirements:

DEA Qualification & Retrofit accreditation required Previous experience in building energy assessments or similar roles Knowledge and understanding of building systems and energy efficiency measures Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in energy modelling and assessment(e.g RDSAP software ) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently
