The

Returns Department Associate

is responsible for processing, inspecting, and documenting customer returns in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures that returned items are evaluated for resale, repair, or disposal, while maintaining detailed records in accordance with company policies. The position also involves collaborating with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve return-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role will be based within the company warehouse, G67 3HX. All training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Processing Returns: Receive, log, and inspect all returned merchandise according to company procedures.
Quality Checks: Verify returned products for condition, completeness, and compliance with return eligibility criteria.
System Updates: Accurately update inventory and return details.
Disposition Decisions: Determine next steps for returned items--restock/dispose
Collaboration: Work closely with customer service to resolve discrepancies or customer concerns.
Packaging & Restocking: Repackage eligible items for resale in compliance with quality standards.
Compliance: Follow safety and handling protocols, and adhere to company policies and deadlines.
