We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Finance team as a Revenue Control Manager.
In this role, you'll have day-to-day responsibility for the revenue function, leading the billing and cash collection teams to support the effective management of working capital, improving cash flow and limiting exposure to bad debt.
Working closely with the Finance Leadership team, you'll have expert guidance and support to develop your skills and experience, and make a positive impact in our growing and dynamic business.

About the role
In this role, you will:Work with the Head of Finance Operations to manage the firm's working capital across all offices
Lead, manage and develop a team of Revenue Controllers, Billing and e-billing administrators
Work with fee earners and partners to minimise Lock up (From WIP to Cash)
Ensure that global client and matter fee arrangements are correctly implemented and followed
Establish strong working relationships with partners through regular review meetings to discuss all accounts receivable balances, document outcomes and follow up on agreed actions
Provide detailed input to the accurate valuation of debtors on a periodic basis
Perform regular and ad hoc reporting for the CFO and Head of Finance Operations, Partners, fee earners and clients
Identify potential problems and escalate where necessary to maximise recoveries
Act as a referral point for the revenue controllers in the team
In addition to the duties listed above, you may be required to perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the Head of Finance Operations and Finance leadership team.
About you - essential requirements
Proven track record of successfully operating within a partnership culture and/or professional services environment
Demonstrable leadership and team management experience, with a proven ability to develop and motivate a team
Confident and effective communicator able to work effectively at all levels within an organisation
Able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and decision-making capability and to be comfortable working within a results driven environment with accuracy and focus
Effective workload and time management skills for yourself and others.
Working knowledge of financial reporting systems and their application within a large and complex business.
