About the Role
Our Sales & Revenue team plays a vital role in driving the success of our business. The team is responsible for maximising revenue across our portfolio through strategic pricing, data analysis, and strong collaboration with our international agent partners.
We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven professional who is passionate about performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Welfare & Compliance
Ensure that all revenue and pricing strategies align with ethical and compliant business practices.
Foster an open and inclusive culture where colleagues feel confident in raising concerns about accessibility, fairness, or compliance in sales processes.
Maintain data security and integrity when handling customer and financial information.
Pricing & Revenue Management
Own and manage the pricing of all assets across the country, from building annual pricing models to in-year adjustments.
Continuously monitor the revenue forecast, identifying trends and potential risks.
Conduct competitor analysis and maintain dashboards to track market trends and opportunities.
Design and maintain a suite of reports that monitor performance at a granular level.
Use data insights to recommend pricing adjustments that optimise growth and maximise occupancy.
Data & Insights
Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio, including the markets we operate in and the universities we serve.
Extract and analyse data from multiple sources to support decision-making and drive strategy.
Identify and report on booking trends, ensuring timely responses to market changes.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Operations teams to leverage local market knowledge and support pricing decisions.
Partner with IT and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing across booking platforms and digital channels.
Provide strategic insights to the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting opportunities and risks.
Engage with international agents, maintaining strong relationships and optimising performance across this key booking channel.
Person Specification
Experience & Qualifications
Strong background in data analytics, revenue management, or commercial decision-making, ideally within PBSA, hospitality, or a related sector.
Proven ability to interpret and analyse large datasets to drive business strategy.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience in building complex but user-friendly dashboards.
Experience leading or influencing pricing strategies in a commercial environment.
