The role
We are seeking a
Revenue Operations Analyst
to join our growing Sales team. This role is aimed at ensuring our management information from our sales and CRM systems is accurate and provides meaningful insights.
We are looking for an individual with a
strong analytical mindset
who can also confidently interact with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Client Delivery, and Marketing teams.
To be successful in this role, you must have
proven experience with Salesforce and
ideally, you will also bring some
sales experience
, enabling you to provide additional support to the Sales team when needed.
Key responsibilities
Support Sales and other lead generating teams by ensuring our CRM system contains all data to accurately track pipeline.
Collaborate with Client Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance to build and maintain KPIs on pipeline, deal successes, client types and other market trends
Work with Sales and Marketing to assess the effectiveness of our Go-To-Market strategies
Provide insights to better address data gaps and data quality issues
Identify areas of gaps and opportunities to further improve our data analysis and reliability.
Support ExCo with ad-hoc data requests
Person specification
Proficiency in data management and analytical mindset
Attention to detail, data quality and data completeness
Experience in using Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory
Experience in using Office365. Other data bases management seen as a bonus
Great communication and interaction with other internal stakeholders
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics or related fields.
